Figure Drawing Salon

Join IVY & Co. for an evening of observation, creativity, and conversation at our Figure Drawing Salon. Designed as an approachable studio experience, this instructor-led session invites artists of all skill levels—from complete beginners to experienced illustrators—to explore the fundamentals of figure drawing while working from a live model.

Guiding the salon is A.E. Kieren, a professional portrait and fashion illustrator based in Brooklyn and an adjunct professor at the School of Visual Arts. Throughout the evening, participants will learn foundational anatomy, observational drawing techniques, and the mindset behind confident artistic practice in a welcoming, collaborative environment.
