Advance copies, new releases, publisher recommendations, early buzz. Cody reads through them so the month has one honest answer instead of ten maybes.

The Decision
One book is assigned each month. It is announced mid-month before the month it belongs to, so you always know what is next.

The Cutoff
Join by the 25th to receive the coming month's assignment. Later sign-ups begin with the following selection.

The Handoff
Collect in Hell's Kitchen during the first weekend of the month, or have it mailed to your door. Same price either way.

When am I charged?
Your first month is charged at sign-up, then on the same date each month.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. From the Reading Room you can pause for up to three months, skip a single month, or cancel with 15 days’ notice.
Can I switch pick-up and shipping?
Yes — the price is the same either way. Update your preference in the Reading Room before the 25th.
